Returns
MotionAuto LLC accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Product Condition: Only new, unused, unassembled, and uninstalled items are eligible for return.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
All returns must be pre-approved by MotionAuto LLC. An RMA# (Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number) may be required before returning items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Customers seeking a replacement or alternative product must process a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Method & Fees
- Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.
- Return Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label can be provided for items in original, unopened packaging, but a return shipping fee will apply.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee of the product price will be applied to all returns. For Damond Motorsports and non-Damond Motorsports brand products, additional fees may apply:
- MotionAutoPerformance Brand Products: Subject to a 10% restocking fee plus original shipping and handling costs.
- Non-MotionAutoPerformance Brand Products: Subject to a 25% restocking fee plus original shipping and handling costs.
Refunds
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled if the request is made before the order is fulfilled and/or shipped.

Final Sales: All sales through MotionAuto LLC are final unless explicitly eligible for return under the conditions stated above.

Ineligible Returns:
- Items that are used, installed, assembled, or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns initiated 30 days after the original purchase date will not be accepted.
- Returns received with improper packaging may be subject to additional damage fees.

Denied Returns: If a return is denied (e.g., due to item use or damage), the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned to them. An invoice will be issued for these fees.
